- A refundable deposit is due with payment: HK$2,000 or 10% of the hire fee, whichever is higher.
- Booking seven or more days in a row? Ask us about a reduced rate.
- Set-up and clear-out must happen inside the booked time.
- You arrange third-party liability insurance for your event.
- Restoring the room after removing our standing fixtures costs HK$5,000.
- Rates may change. The rate in your confirmation letter is the one that applies.
How booking works
Ask
Send the short form below, ideally 3 to 12 months ahead. If it suits the space, we send you the full application.
Apply
We reply within 7 working days. Complete the full application and we decide within 30 working days.
You pay
Pay the hire fee and deposit within 2 weeks of approval. Dates are held only once payment arrives.
Get your keys
We meet at least 21 days before to agree the set-up, equipment and timings.
Terms, briefly
Cancelling
Cancel in writing. The refund depends on notice given before your first booked day:

Deposit
We inspect the room within 5 working days of your last day and refund the deposit in full within 14 working days. Damage is deducted at cost.
Weather
We close under Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm warning, and reopen two hours after it is lowered. If your booking is lost to either, choose a new date or take a full refund.
Selling work
Sales made in the space go through the gallery. We deduct [commission]% and pay you within 14 working days of your last day.
Promotion
Please don't promote the event until we confirm in writing. You may use our address. Use our name only with our agreement.
House rules
- Name one person in charge, on site for the whole booking.
- No subletting or sharing of the room or equipment.
- Access from 15 minutes before your slot. Leave on time.
- Nothing hung, stuck or placed outside the room.
- No confetti, glitter, sprays, smoke, flames or drones.
- Food, drink and alcohol by agreement only.
- Keep CCTV cameras clear.
- Leave the room as you found it. Take everything with you.
- Follow Hong Kong law and the building's rules at all times.
